DownloaderTool respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users to do the same.
We do not host content
DownloaderTool does not store, host or upload any media files. The service streams publicly available content directly to the user in real time and keeps no copies. As such, there is generally no file on our servers to remove.
Filing a notice
If you are a copyright owner and believe the service is being used to infringe your rights, you may send a written notice to dmca@downloadertool.com. Please include:
- Your contact information (name, email, address).
- A description of the copyrighted work you claim is infringed.
- The exact URL(s) or links related to the alleged infringement.
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and you are the rights holder or authorized to act on their behalf.
- Your physical or electronic signature.
Our response
We review every valid notice and will take appropriate action, which may include blocking specific sources or links where technically feasible. Because we do not store content, the most effective action is usually to contact the platform that actually hosts the media.
Counter-notice
If you believe a removal was made in error, you may submit a counter-notice to the same address with an explanation and your contact details.
